OUR DELIVERY LEAD DAYS

Our delivery lead time is 4-10 days from the order date .

SHIPPING CHARGES IN KERALA

We strive to keep the nominal charges for the deliveries that applies in shopping cart , When big plants are ordered we will discuss with customer for logistic expenses in addition to the nominal charges If the plant size varies we are destined to charge the customer based on the intercity actual courier charges only, it will be discussed with customer

ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 5 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

RETURNS 

Botanyca will ship the best plants for the customer , Plants are natural items , the delivery package or open transportation will cause little heat for the plant so the plants will may vilt if long distance delivery , this will be revoked in a day after giving water and misting when delivered at the destination .

If the plants are damaged during the transportation we will accept the return with refund after deducting the logistic expenses , or we will replace the plants by discussing with customers.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them with 4-10 days of delivery period
  • you receive the damaged items
  • We will deduct the logistic expenses and refund the balance

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 10 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (10 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page/ direct numbers
